Dhaval Jadav

Dhaval Jadav is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of alliantgroup, a tax consultancy firm established in 2002 that provides tax incentives & credits to American businesses. At alliantgroup, Jadav and his team leverage their tax acumen to help startups, Fortune 1000 companies, and the businesses in between find and claim the right credits and incentives, fulfilling his passion to help grow businesses across the United States.

After growing up in Texas & California, Jadav became familiar with technology through his father’s career in electrical engineering and advised numerous high-tech companies in San Francisco. In addition to working at the Washington office of Deloitte & Touche, Jadav also spent time in the public sector, returning to Texas as part of the Houston District Counsel for the Internal Revenue Service. Jadav is licensed to practice law in Texas and graduated from Georgetown University Law Center with an LL.M. degree in taxation. In addition to his role as CEO, Jadav serves as a member of the alliantgroup strategic advisory board.
